Each Vendor desiring to do business at the “Positively Dover” African American Festival 2016 should read the Letter of Welcome/Invitation and accompanying Conditions.  After referring to the Map of Booth Locations please select either the Electronic Registration Form (below) or the Mail-in Registration Form.

Fill out the form below, following the directions to register electronically. After MAY 31, 2016 add a late fee of $25 for regular and service vendors, and $50 for food vendors.  Please use the Tab key to move to each new box, avoiding the Enter key (use of Enter will submit a blank form).

After submitting this form, you will be directed to our Online Payment Processing (via PayPal) where you can pay by credit card, in accordance with the fees listed below. IMPORTANT!!Please mention payer’s name in comments above if different than company/contact on this form.

 REGULAR & SERVICE VENDORS

$125 plus $50 Maintenance Deposit
Refund will be mailed out 20 days
after successful checkout), for a total
of $175.  (This charge will be $25 higher after

$175 plus $100 Maintenance Deposit
(refund will be mailed out 20 days after
successful checkout), for a total of $275
